As the Founder and Secretary General of the Pakistan Armwrestling Federation (PAF), I warmly welcome you to our official website. Since our founding in 2009, the sport of armwrestling has steadily grown in Pakistan — starting from Lahore and expanding to major cities like Karachi, Gujranwala, and Faisalabad, as well as other provinces.
We’re proud to see rising interest among both youth and senior athletes. With support from the World Armwrestling Federation (WAF) and the Asian Armwrestling Federation (AAF), this sport continues to gain momentum across the country.
Our new development plan focuses on promoting armwrestling at the grassroots level — in schools and colleges — to build a stronger foundation for the future. We invite sponsors and local associations to join us in this journey of growth and recognition.
